This fresh cut vegetable processing line is used for picking, cutting and cleaning leafy vegetables. After manual picking, cut into slices, transported and washed twice by vortex. It can also be used with ozone or cold water to remove pesticide residues or cool to preserve freshness. After cleaning, the vegetables are transported in a reversible manner to prevent them from falling. After the material is transferred to the standard basket, centrifugal dehydration is used to remove moisture on the surface of the material. If there are special requirements, double-sided air drying can be added.

Specific Processing Flow

1.Preparation station

The preparation station is installed at the entrance of the cutting machine. It is equipped with a cutting board and waste hopper for workers to core, destem and pre-cut leafy vegetables before placing them in the shredder. Prep stations are available with 2, 4 or 6 positions for workers and can be customized to suit processing needs.

2. Cutting machinery

3.Cleaning machinery

The eddy current vegetable cleaning machine uses spiral mixed water flow to clean materials, extending the cleaning path and time, and saving water resources. The upper rotating cage can remove floating eggs, debris, etc. The vegetables enter the vibrating screen with the water flow, and are cleaned more cleanly due to the lower vibration and upper spray effects.

4.Dehydration Machinery

Vegetable dehydration machine usually uses the principle of centrifugal force to dry the water on the surface of vegetables through high-speed rotation. The vegetables are placed in a rotating drum, and the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation throws the water toward the drum wall, and then is discharged through the drainage hole.
